Justin Weatherholtz
Justin began tattooing in 1999. His tattoo portfolio centres around a traditional base with a strong illustrative look, and as an artist he is interested in a diverse range of styles. Justin is the Co-producer of Pagoda City Tattoo Fest and has published a book “Death at Sea” - a collection of his original paintings.
